Hi, I'm Nolan.

I spent my childhood summers in Buddhist temples, head shaven as a novice monk — I learned to meditate long before I learned to shoot a basketball. When I was at my lowest, meditation was my lifeline, allowing me to find moments of contentment through challenging times.

Years later, I discovered yoga. For the first time in my life, I heard the wisdom of the body. I felt the tension, the joy, the longing — all present right here right now. I learned that if I slow down enough, I can hear what I actually need, and I can learn to take care of myself. After all, isn't that all we want? To be cared for?

My practice is rooted in awareness and ease. It's about making home inside of us a safe place to be. I share the practice on YouTube and daily moments on Instagram.
